Chicken Tawa Kabab
For the Marinade:-
4 tablespoon Curds (Yoghurt)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon dry mango powder (Amchur)
1/4 teaspoon Chaat powder
2 teaspoon salt
400 grams Boneless chicken
1 Large Onion
1 Large Green Bell pepper
3 big size Tomatoes (cut into medium-sized pieces)
Onion Slices (to garnish)
Lime slices (to garnish)
Instructions
1 Dip about 10-12 bamboo skewers in water for 15 minutes.
2 Apply the marinade over them. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3 On a tawa / griddle, add about 2 tablespoon oil. Place the kebabs gently and fry them for 2-3 minutes from each side.
4 Flip the other side and fry.
5 Serve with Onion slices and lime
