Fruit Salad 
Ingredients
⦁ 2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered (260 grams)
⦁ 1 cup fresh blueberries (150 grams)
⦁ 1 cup fresh blackberries (135 grams)
⦁ 1 ½ cups 1% milk
⦁ 1/4 cup granulated sugar 
⦁ 1 ½ tablespoon corn starch
⦁ 2 teaspoons vanilla
⦁ 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (155 grams)
⦁ 1 cup red grapes (173 grams)
⦁ 2 kiwi peeled and sliced
⦁ 1 cup mandarin oranges canned, drained of juice (189 grams or 284ml can)
Instructions
0. In a medium skillet, whisk together milk, sugar, and corn starch. Cook over medium-low heat, whisking continually till thickened, about 8-10 minutes.
1. Stir in vanilla. Separate from heat and let cool to room temperature (you can speed up by freezing about 30 minutes).
2. In a big bowl mix strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, oranges, kiwi, pineapple, and grapes. Mix the cooled dressing and pour over the fruit. Mix to coat.
3. Serve at room temperature or chill to serve later. If moving ahead, just add the dressing 1-2 hours before serving.

METHODS
⦁ Take 300 grams of chicken cut into small cubes.
⦁ Now take a mixing bowl add ½ cup of hung curd, ½ cup of cream, 2 tbsp of green chillies paste, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tbsp of crushed red chillies, 1 tsp of allspice powder, and add to taste salt mix it well.
⦁ Instantly skewer the cubes into barbeque sticks then steam it or fry it or cook it in the oven and smoke the coal.
⦁ At last garnish with 5-6 lettuce leaves, 3-4 tomatoes, 4-5 lemon slices, 3-4 onions and serve it.
